What I Do This Week :

It’s Idul Fitri week in Indonesia. Time for family and staying at home. So I came home. Apologizing to every one I know, of all my mistakes this year. Other than that, I practically eat, sleep, watch TV and a lot of DVD’s, read a little, go to the mall with my family and eat again there, cook simple meals, and washing the dishes. You can imagine how many dishes people can use after a month of fasting and having nothing to do. Piles of dishes, I’m telling you.
I watched KAT-TUN videos every day. Every day. And I like Kame more and more. I hope he and all KAT-TUN members have recovered the shock and sadness after Jin-Jin sudden break from the group. I’m not online for two weeks and know nothing, but hoping KAT-TUN is performing again, and perform well, and have good response from their fans. I also hope Tatta Hitotsu no Koi have high ratings. I hope Jin-Jin already leave for God knows where, learn English like he wants to, and enjoy his time there, and be back soon.
Like I said, I like Kame more these days. He looks better and better in my eyes. He’s so talented ! I also like Jin-Jin very much and KAT-TUN generally. I hope Jin-Jin break won’t destroy KAT-TUN. I hope they all will get stronger and better. Realize I’m using the word ‘hope’ so many times. But I do have a lot of hopes this week.
After Sappuri—which was really good, and I like it immensely, and it makes me fall deeper for Kame—I watched another Japanese dorama, “My Boss, My Hero”. The actors are Tomoya Nagase, Tanaka Koki, and Tegoshi Yuuya. To be honest, I bought the DVD because I know Tanaka is in there. I know the story is good, read the synopsis some time ago. But I bought it because of Tanaka. And generally I think the dorama is not bad. Number one, it’s hilarious ! Totally funny ! My whole family laugh out loud every episode. But it’s a bit dragging sometimes. And too irrational in many places. But if you just watch it without thinking too much, it is fun. Tomoya Nagase acted really good. He can portray the scary yet stupid yakuza very well. Too silly to believe sometimes. His expression when he is trying to intimidate people is priceless. Like traditional masks in temples. I really wanted Sakaki to end up with his homeroom teacher. But they didn’t get together. Oh well.
So this is Tomoya Nagase, the boyfriend of Ayumi Hamasaki. Okay. I’m new to this all JE thing, so I’m learning on the way. So TN is a personnel of TOKIO, the vocalist and also the guitarist. And a member of JE. Hmmm….I guess I saw him a few years back jin Fighting Girls with Kyoko Fukada. He is okay. I heard his relationship with Ayumi was having problems in the beginning. Not allowed from the almighty Mr. Kitagawa. But I guess Mr. Kitagawa already gave his consent, because Tomoya and Ayumi are dating publicly now, and living together now. Informations from my sister’s friend who likes Ayumi so much, she calls her “Mama Ayumi”. The OST of “My Boss, My Hero” is from TOKIO. Can’t say that I like his voice, but hopes the best for TOKIO.
Tanaka acted really good as a junior yakuza who idolized his senior. Proud of him. He can sew ! I guess the ability of sewing is common in Japanese guys. That’s rather intimidating because my ability in sewing and embroidery is very limited. Tanaka is cool acting as a gangster like that. I felt pity for him when he got shouted so much by Tomoya. But it’s a fiction. Right. And I think Tegoshi’s acting was okay. Decent, I guess. Not over acting. Because his character is ordinary here. And this is his only acting I ever watched.
Another movie I watched : X Men : The Last Stand, The Departed, Garfield : A Tale of Two Kitties, Jenny, Junno, and Aqua Marine.
Somehow I missed to watch X Men in the theatres a few months ago. It’s very sad. I got angry when Mr. Xavier died and died like that. The Departed is an adaptation of the Hong Kong movie, Infernal Affairs, played by Andy Lau and Tony Leung. I was hoping it will be good. I was hoping too much. I’m rather disappointed with the movie. Martin Scorsese made it too…rude. I don’t like it. I know this is about cops and cons and drugs and guns and killing everybody, but it doesn’t have to be this rude. And they use the word “f***” too much, I want to gag and throw my TV with my sandal. Thank God that the actors is amazing. Leonardo DiCaprio, Matt Damon, Jack Nicholson, and Martin Sheen. They all acted so well. I’m not surprised if one of them is nominated for the next Oscar. But I think Infernal Affairs is way better than The Departed.
Aqua Marine is fun and so girly. I realized that it’s the singer JoJo in the middle of the movie. Jenny,Junno is so sweet. I like the movie. So much love and responsibility in such a young couple. Garfield is so funny. I love cats. And a cat who loves lasagna and watching TV is even more adorable.
